Hotel Ease Access ‧ Tsuen Wan — Hotel in Hong Kong

I recently had an unfortunate experience with this hotel that was, quite frankly, incredibly impersonal and inflexible. I made a reservation for myself and my family member in advance and had prepaid for the stay. However, I was informed that due to restrictions, my family member would not be allowed to exit the country at the airport, thus rendering them unable to continue their stay with this hotel. Despite this being completely out of my control, I was informed that I could not continue the booking and check-in without my family member, even though I could provide evidence that showed that I was the one who is paying and booking the room, e.g. credit card, Agoda confirmation, and ID card. This is a terrible policy and I would strongly advise other travellers to consider staying elsewhere. It's clear that they do not prioritize customer service or flexibility in their policies. This is completely unacceptable, especially is not refundable, which means I paid but I cannot use their service. All in all, it was a huge disappointment.

I would not recommend staying here. The customer service I received was impersonal and inflexible; they paid no regard to my individual circumstances or requests. Avoid this hotel if you can - there are clearly better...

Disappointing Stay Amidst Convenient Location

My recent stay has left much to be desired. While the hotel's location is convenient, nestled within walking distance of the MTR station, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

Hotel's proximity to an industrial area with trucks and vans, loading docks etc. resulting dusty surroundings. Additionally, the lack of maintenance in the hotel room was evident, with various amenities in dire need of repair.

The room itself was a disappointment, lacking basic facilities such as a fridge and offering an uncomfortably small toilet. What's worse, the bed was positioned facing the toilet door, allowing unpleasant odors to permeate the room, making for an unpleasant atmosphere.

Complimentary drinking water was frustrating, as I found myself needing to request daily bottles of water rather than having them readily available. Furthermore, the thin walls provided minimal sound insulation, you can clearly hear every single word from next door conversations and even snoring.

In all my travels, this is the first hotel that has left me longing for the cleanliness and comfort of shopping mall toilets over its own...
