Meat is fine, a bit expensive but the problem is buying gift certificates. They issued an expiry date for about a week after the purchase ($1000 HKD worth which is purchased at cash value, not a coupon). We were supposed to be able to have the certificates for a year before expiry… We tried to use it and had to argue. The expiry date was obviously their error and they refused to acknowledge it. After much back and forth they insisted if we really want to use it we must use it within the next couple months (still less than a year from date of purchase) AND they won’t let you use two cash certificates together despite them being purchased at cash value). Really a bit of a scam, not being completely honest. We’ve had trouble with them before. Kept giving them more chances but this is the end. The customer service is pathetic. I've been ordering from Farmers Market for well over a year now and have been loving their products. In particular, we order the whole fillet salmon fish (our baby loves it), Barramundi fillets (super tasty) and we've literally tried all their sausages (our favorite is the Pork & Caramelised Onion Sausages).
