This is an Indian restaurant. Even the Doner (Shawarma) doesnt taste like Turkish food. They use a name from North Of Turkey, Blacksea Region. And that Turkish village is famous with its healthy vegetables, not Kababs or spicy food. As a Turkish citizen, I'm happy to see the owner of this restaurant likes this lovely village from turkey (Safranbolu) and named their shop with that.
