Food is nothing to brag about but the service is terrible! Imagine that some simple dishes took more than an hour to serve after asking the waitress and the supervisor a couple of times! Even one supervisor reluctant to provide service at all! When one of the supervisor brought the first dish personally from the kitchen after complaining, he never even offer a word of apology as if it was not a problem! Besides my table, there were more than 3 other tables can be heard complaining of missing dishes or waiting! The restaurant is hidden away on the side of Aeon Supermarket in Lai Chi Kok. Their daily dim sum specials are always sold out when I get there. Their Shanghai fried noodles looks bland and unappealing. The seating capacity is smaller than many other larger restaurants in the area. Lastly, this restaurant is short staff so ordering and getting food can take a bit longer than usual. The food quality is decent and prices are good. Like many Chinese restaurants, its a very noisy place, to talk you have almost need to scream. Anyway, about the food, the dishes are in the average, neither worse nor better than elsewhere. The staff are very helpful and fast. I appreciated the unlimited Dim Sum option, it was a good choice...
