This time, I overheard one of the staff members mentioning that there was only one portion of shredded pork with preserved vegetables and rice noodles left. Intrigued by the possibility of it being exceptionally delicious, I decided to order it and give it a try.

As someone who appreciates strong flavors and saltiness in my food, I found this particular bowl to be slightly saltier🧂 than my usual preference. However, the serving of rice noodles was quite generous, and the preserved vegetables provided a refreshing contrast. Personally, I felt that a touch of spiciness 🌶️ would have elevated the dish, adding more layers to its flavor profile.

The scrambled eggs 🍳 caught my attention as they were cooked with butter🧈 , resulting in a rich and pronounced buttery taste. The texture of the scrambled eggs reminded me of those served at popular fast-food chains, with a slightly undercooked egg mixture on top of the noodles. Nevertheless, the eggs were actually well-cooked inside.

As for the beverages, I ordered a cup of milk tea. The hot drink was notable for its thick and creamy texture, without overwhelming the taste with excessive milk. It had a unique quality to it and was quite enjoyable.

In terms of the restaurant's atmosphere, it had a variety of seating options available. Since there weren't many customers in the morning, I could comfortably find a seat and indulge in a leisurely breakfast while listening to soft, soothing music🎶 . It was a pleasant and relaxing...

【青衣🥘抵食多款泰國餐廳】 #eatso_青衣 講起青衣，真係諗唔到有啲咩好嘢食，好似食物沙漠咁。原來喺一間平民商場入面，有一間泰國餐廳，食物質素幾好而且價錢勁抵！餐廳座位寬落，坐四個人都唔會話逼，而且上菜速度都好快！👍🏻 叫咗一個四人餐，$438可以喺佢個menu揀五款食物，每人以半價加一杯嘢飲，勁抵食！

🧆/泰式小食拼盤（小）/ 拼盤豐富，咩都有啲：炸雞翼、蝦餅、春卷、串燒。最好食係佢個蝦餅，配上甜辣醬，好開胃；春卷裏面包嘅係蔬菜，食落味道差少少，但就啱曬食素嘅人，清清地；串燒同炸雞翼味道正常，冇太大驚喜。

🐔/去骨海南雞半隻/ 份量都好多有足足半隻！雞肉整得幾好，冇雪味肉質好嫩滑，點佢酸酸辣辣嘅海南雞醬食，好開胃幾好食，推薦！

🍳/泰式蠔仔鐵板炒蛋/ 蠔仔好多，大大粒好juicy！伴碟嘅醬汁酸酸甜甜，闢到少少蠔仔嘅腥味，同蠔仔蛋都好夾！Overall食落其實類似台灣夜市嘅柯仔煎，不過蛋味濃郁啲，啲蛋好似有少少炸嘅感覺，更香口！

🦀/招牌焗黃咖哩麵包軟殼蟹/ 份量好大！軟殼蟹好大隻，有四舊，炸到金黃脆皮，擺喺厚厚嘅麵包磚上面，再淋埋滿滿嘅黃咖喱汁，勁吸引！黃咖喱唔辣，甜甜地有啲椰香味，食落比較creamy，食多果一舊會開始有啲膩，個人覺得如果辣啲會仲惹味好食！

🦐◖泰式生海蝦（12隻）◗ $168 好新鮮，有一粒大大粒嘅蒜頭喺面，隻蝦就擺喺個cocktail杯入面。蝦肉鮮甜爽口，有兩種唔同嘅醬汁浸住啲海蝦，青色偏酸紅色偏辣，個人鍾意青色嘅醬汁多啲！

🥘馬拉盞豬頸肉啫通菜煲 ($76) 馬拉盞+通菜呢個配搭真係絕配❣️ 呢個真係熱辣辣上枱 好有鑊氣👍 辣得好過癮 仲有埋豬頸肉搭配一齊食 好滋味😛

🦪 辣椒膏炒鳳紋貝 ($98) 個份量都比得幾大方 一碟大約成廿隻 仲有三色椒同洋蔥等配料 用上泰國辣椒膏炒 色彩豐富之餘 香味亦更突出 鳳紋貝大大隻 鮮甜彈牙 口感幾唔錯 但鑊氣稍嫌差咁啲啲 如果鑊氣再重啲就完美

🫕冬蔭公海鮮湯 ($108) 非常足料 有香菇同大蕃茄、大蝦、青口、魷魚等🦑 飲飲下都覺得有啲辣勁 酸酸辣辣咁好正呀😝

🦐燒大頭蝦 ($78) 第一次試燒大頭蝦 上碟時真係有啲震撼😮 啲蝦真係勁大隻 個頭仲好大個 食落咸咸哋 蝦肉特別鮮甜嫩滑 蝦頭仲有勁多蝦膏 好香口 我哋都覺得唔點酸辣醬 就咁食鮮甜味正啲

🍹珍多冰 ($26) 呢杯野飲好有驚喜 忍唔住係咁飲 入口係好重嘅椰奶味 又香又甜 仲有芒果肉同仙草

🥥椰青 ($36) 椰青清甜多汁 飲落好fresh 解辣真一流 飲完仲可以刮埋椰子肉食 好香呀

環境 餐廳都幾大間 環境好闊落 卡位有間隔 坐得幾舒服 最重要係有私人空間❣️ 仲可以擺到成枱食物 好正✌🏻

呢間餐廳環境幾好 食物質素都唔錯 可能做開街坊生意 店員都幾nice 又會問下啲野食啱唔啱口味 會有加分💕 只係食物選擇真係好多 太多野食未試到 下次如果有去開青衣...
