This time, I overheard one of the staff members mentioning that there was only one portion of shredded pork with preserved vegetables and rice noodles left. Intrigued by the possibility of it being exceptionally delicious, I decided to order it and give it a try.
As someone who appreciates strong flavors and saltiness in my food, I found this particular bowl to be slightly saltier🧂 than my usual preference. However, the serving of rice noodles was quite generous, and the preserved vegetables provided a refreshing contrast. Personally, I felt that a touch of spiciness 🌶️ would have elevated the dish, adding more layers to its flavor profile.
The scrambled eggs 🍳 caught my attention as they were cooked with butter🧈 , resulting in a rich and pronounced buttery taste. The texture of the scrambled eggs reminded me of those served at popular fast-food chains, with a slightly undercooked egg mixture on top of the noodles. Nevertheless, the eggs were actually well-cooked inside.
As for the beverages, I ordered a cup of milk tea. The hot drink was notable for its thick and creamy texture, without overwhelming the taste with excessive milk. It had a unique quality to it and was quite enjoyable.

🧆/泰式小食拼盤(小)/ 拼盤豐富,咩都有啲:炸雞翼、蝦餅、春卷、串燒。最好食係佢個蝦餅,配上甜辣醬,好開胃;春卷裏面包嘅係蔬菜,食落味道差少少,但就啱曬食素嘅人,清清地;串燒同炸雞翼味道正常,冇太大驚喜。
