I've always liked Pizza express food, consistently good for its price. Thought this time i was a bit disappointed, first time eating at Maritime, their Discovery Bay, Yoho Mall and Tung Chung food always left a good impression.
Service. 🗣 The lady at the door was very welcoming 🙏 seated us and was good with order.

They have high chairs and kids menu which also works for the kids like a puzzle and coloring paper, they even gifted us crayons 🖍 with their own logo of Pizza Express, no one else in HK does that, and only because of that I'm going to be back with my daughter.

A very nice pizza express in Tsing Yi. Food are great and atmosphere is fantastic, love that some of the seats could overlook the river. Very chill and relaxing place.
They also have set lunch menu, comes with two course and a drink with a very reasonable price. Recommended all of you to come to dine.
However, I would say that some staffs could be a bit more polite and passionate about her job, one of the young lady working there. Never response to my thank you, but other staffs...

Terrible experience. Booked a takeaway for 7pm and didn't receive the order till 8.30pm. It was obvious they took on more than they can handle yet they made no attempt to address the issue and only kept saying sorry but never gave me an indication of when the food is ready. Had I know it will take over an hour and half, I would have cancelled straightaway, but they made me wait and offered no compensation whatsoever. Never again will...
