This establishment proudly serves one of China’s renowned culinary traditions: Shandong cuisine (鲁菜). Utilizing fresh seafood and employing cooking techniques characteristic of this cuisine, the dishes presented were flavorful, albeit in overwhelming abundance. The menu featured some unique sea creatures that I hadn’t encountered before, as depicted in picture 1. Among the highlights were the poached fresh prawns and tender abalone, both exceptionally delightful. While the chicken dish was slightly tough, its rich flavor compensated for any shortcomings.
