適合喜歡陽光與海灘的，確實非常正，室內泳池夠深夠大，室外泳池也非常廣闊好游，私人沙灘更加係無敵，游水配套完善。不過額外設施就失修，例如按摩池、蒸氣室、桑拿室。房間非常大整潔舒適，冷氣充足，露台景觀又係無敵，不過房間嘅電話失靈不能互通，房間間隔玻璃能睇通浴室廁所，附設紗簾不能完全遮蔽，有兩條好大空隙，普通朋友同房就非常不方便。定位是家庭客多的自由自然度假酒店，沒有商務酒店那種富麗堂皇賓至如歸的感覺。自助早餐自助晚餐質素一般，可以接受，要有的都有，最好食係燒蠔，任飲紅酒白酒啤酒果汁汽水，但平日都人頭湧湧，幸好服務員非常勤快，收碟速度快，翻枱速度快，有禮貌有秩序。 前台服務員會在能力範圍內，盡力為你安排最好的房間。我們的是低樓層，但正中間近升降機，方便老人家。不過退房後過了整個星期都未獲撤銷信用卡按金授權。扶老攜幼不建議坐地鐵，地鐵站步行去酒店有一段距離。星期日以為沙灘有舞火表演，結果落空！

這間酒店的環境很好，面對沙灘，房間也很大，整潔乾淨，設施都很好。酒店check-in，足足排咗45分鐘去預先check-in，明明已經入晒所有資料，之後到了三時正，又再重新排隊半小時才可完成取房卡，足足用咗1.5小時去取房，大堂人非常多，也很混亂，員工不專業，排隊的安排很亂，也沒有員工負責指揮或查詢，有插隊的情況，好混亂。至於酒店早餐就出乎意料之外不太理想，人也很多，等了很久才有位，早餐質素也是平平，而且非常多人，眼見隔籬枱，有人出去取食物後，那張枱被職員安排其他人入座，然後那張枱就發生拗撬，非常混亂。整體上員工態度有禮，但不夠專業，未能妥善安排各種情況，尤其住客數量非常多，他們似乎係沒有經驗的，不似一間五星級酒店水平。只有酒店的外觀及設施有五星級的水準。

我們在洲際酒店住了兩日一夜，享受了自助晚餐和自助早餐，自助晚餐和自助早餐的食物都好豐，而且飲品選擇多。由於是假期所以餐廳都坐滿曬住客，建議預先book位。 自助晚餐最愛食燒生蠔，每人每次可取四隻，不過每次都要排好長龍。除了自助餐食品之外還可以打邊爐，可選湯底有兩款，牛肉也有三至四款選擇，都算新鮮。

A staff yelled at my kid saying his swimwear "wasn’t swimwear" without even checking. I showed them my Taobao receipt to prove it was real swimwear, but they didn’t apologize.

Then they forced my kid to switch to their hotel towels while he was already using our own clean towel, and stopped me FOUR TIMES to check my room number like I was some criminal. And the attitude was so rude I kept answering but they never explained why. When I demanded a reason, they just apologized and noting.

These people treat guests like trash. If you actually want to enjoy your vacation, DO NOT BOOK HERE. Worst hotel...
