I regret to recount a deeply disappointing dining experience my family and I endured during the joyous occasion of Chinese New Year. Our anticipation for a memorable celebration was spoiled by the abysmal treatment we received from the restaurant staff.

From the moment we about to enter, there was an unmistakable air of indifference and disdain directed towards us. The staff's disregard for our presence was palpable, evident in their dismissive gestures and, shockingly, eye-rolling when we made inquiries or requests.Eventually,we were sitting at the bench with my large family member absorbing cold air blast.It lasted 2 hour long,driving any of normal person to abnormal maniac.

As patrons who appreciate fine dining experiences and who have frequented prestigious establishments worldwide, we expected a certain level of respect and hospitality. However, our dignity was callously disregarded, leaving us feeling marginalized and unwelcome.

The pinnacle of disrespect came when we mustered the courage to request an apology for the substandard treatment we endured. To our dismay, our plea fell on deaf ears as not a single staff member uttered a word in response. Instead, they maintained a cold and unwelcoming demeanor, their faces etched with disdain.

As foodie influencers who have had the privilege of experiencing exquisite culinary offerings across the globe, we can unequivocally state that this was the worst dining experience we have encountered. It is profoundly disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and basic human decency in an establishment that purports to offer hospitality.

Our hope in sharing this review is that the restaurant management takes heed of our feedback and endeavors to rectify the glaring deficiencies in their service culture. Every guest, regardless of their background or influence, deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.
