終於來打卡蘇州李公堤的 「江南雅廚」，黑珍珠一鑽餐廳果然名不虛傳💎 提前麻煩朋友訂了位，當天比較早到的關係，就有靠窗座位可以坐😌 (店家說先到先得！)

第一次吃這麼精緻的江南菜，從環境到擺盤都好「雅」！ 最驚豔的是醬方，濃醬甜鹹度剛好，有淡淡松露味，還有土豆片可以搭配吃，完全是人生吃到的醬方天花板！台灣人完全能接受🙈(太好吃了) ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯❣︎ ▶︎ 江南茨菰配松露醬方：本幫濃油赤醬+松露香，肥而不膩，筷子一夾就斷！ 原本怕吃肥肉的我，也默默的吃了好多！而且份量超大，性價比高，絕對要點！ ▶︎ 響油鱔糊配薄餅：鱔魚滑嫩配薄餅一起吃超搭配，要小心澱粉過剩(笑)因為你會一口接著一口！ ▶︎ 荷塘小炒：店員推薦時令菜！蓮藕脆嫩(小小微辣)，拯救夏天沒胃口🌿 ▶︎ 薺菜鮮肉餛飩雞湯：皮薄餡足，搭配的是雞湯～媽媽說湯好清一點都不油，她喝了好幾碗呢！ ▶︎ 青檸糖醋排骨：創新菜！糖醋裡有片片檸檬皮，酸甜更清爽🍋 ▶︎ 四季陽春紅湯麵：蘇州靈魂主食，湯底微甜，麵細卻不軟爛～ ▶︎...
