Tao Heung — Restaurant in Tuen Mun District

I very rarely spend the time to post a review. But seriously, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Certain dishes taste good, but the price to portion wise is extremely low, given there are so many other options nearby. Service was quite rude as well. Zero training or enforcement by management for their staff to serve their customers well. (Not all staff was bad) Food was quite expensive. They missed our 50% food order as their staff mistake issues during our special Chinese traditional annual family dinner, very disappointed. No one told us that our order had not proceeded even though we kept chasing them and waiting for an hour! No service, no responsibilities and no respect for their clients!!

I would suggest this company should have professional training for their staff as they are a big franchise...

This place has the worst hygiene. The spoon that they have me still had bread crumbs stuck to it. And the table cloth had black stuff on it so they turn it around and they didn't care that there was even more black stuff on it. Don't even get me started on their teacups and bowls. I wonder if they actually clean...
