While waiting in the general waiting area at José María Córdova Airport with my coffee, I had the pleasure of trying a delightful coffee granita paired with a warm vanilla dessert, and it was absolutely perfect! The granita was refreshing and rich in flavor, with just the right balance of coffee intensity and sweetness. It was the perfect pick-me-up, and the texture was wonderfully smooth.

The warm vanilla dessert was the ideal complement to the cold granita. Soft, creamy, and full of comforting vanilla flavor, it melted in my mouth and created a perfect contrast with the cold treat. Together, they made for a truly enjoyable break while waiting for my flight.

The only downside is that the space in the general waiting area is a bit small, but it’s still a nice spot to relax and enjoy a delicious treat. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more pleasant.

2023 Update: I come here every month and it has not changed, the attitude of the staff working there is the worst! Luckily there's a guy named Brayan in the area who's greeting and cleaning and has the most wonderful service ever, making up for the rude people at the JV counter. 2022: This is by far the worst Juan Valdez I've ever been to. The staff was very rude, they charged us wrong we ordered 1 coffee they charged 2 . When they were giving to us we told that we didn’t want the second one, cause we ordered just one.
