While waiting in the general waiting area at José María Córdova Airport with my coffee, I had the pleasure of trying a delightful coffee granita paired with a warm vanilla dessert, and it was absolutely perfect! The granita was refreshing and rich in flavor, with just the right balance of coffee intensity and sweetness. It was the perfect pick-me-up, and the texture was wonderfully smooth.

The warm vanilla dessert was the ideal complement to the cold granita. Soft, creamy, and full of comforting vanilla flavor, it melted in my mouth and created a perfect contrast with the cold treat. Together, they made for a truly enjoyable break while waiting for my flight.

The only downside is that the space in the general waiting area is a bit small, but it’s still a nice spot to relax and enjoy a delicious treat. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even more pleasant.

If you’re at José María Córdova Airport and need a break, I highly recommend trying the coffee granita and vanilla dessert combo. It’s a great way to unwind and indulge before...

2023 Update: I come here every month and it has not changed, the attitude of the staff working there is the worst! Luckily there's a guy named Brayan in the area who's greeting and cleaning and has the most wonderful service ever, making up for the rude people at the JV counter. 2022: This is by far the worst Juan Valdez I've ever been to. Have been here 7 times this year, and they have not improved at all. 4 staff members there and you wait 10 min for someone to take your order, with no one else in line, which is significant time when you're at the airport; while some of them are working, some are just on the phone not paying attention to customers. I'd understand if this was a one-time thing but it's recurrent. I do not...

The staff was very rude, they charged us wrong we ordered 1 coffee they charged 2 . When they were giving to us we told that we didn’t want the second one, cause we ordered just one. Sundelly the girl started to be rude and screaming with us to take the coffee! But I don’t drink coffee I just told her that I didnt want and she could trash. She continue insisting I asked her if in the case I could change for something to eat and she asked Why they should do it! Omg girl was your fault not mine. all of this probably because my friend is trans so she treated us really bad, very transfobic staff! Do...

You should wait long for getting just a drink as there is an only one person at the cashier. Their prices are cheaper than all the airports of europe union. Filter coffee of 175ml costs about 1.5 dolar. I did not like much an employee called kelly who couldn't get me speaking spanish. I have spoken spanish this way and almost all of them got me and became friends. People without perception must not work at the front desk where connected with guests.
