Crepes & Waffles Centro Comercial Paseo San Rafael — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

Crepes and Waffles usually has a very predictable good quality and cost benefit ratio. I have to say, however, that I had a quite disappointing experience today with the Panne Cook of ternera (beef) with mushrooms. The meat quality was so low that I couldn't believe (chewy, fatty and a bit undercooked).

My advice is: do go for it.. the food is usually decent and adequate to its price. However, do go for other alternatives to beef like the chicken dishes. It may be that the beef quality has decreased due to its cost but everything else seemed to be in order.

PS: I have mentioned the poor quality of the beef to the waitress and she told me that it comes from a central distribution, so not necessarily a downside of this...

This is a must of you visit or live in Colombia. Every time I visit Colombia I have to make a stop here. Everything on the menu is so good!!

Try any of the juices to start our the coconut lemonade. Check out the salad bar and the soups to start and even the carpaccio. The chicken and mushroom crepe is delicious and so is the chicken and cheese in a bread bowl.

For dessert you must try the crepes or the mini waffles with Nutella or arequipe. They also had a chocolate special crepe for dessert with arequipe that was delicious.

The service by our waiter Omaira was excellent. She was really good and fast at her job! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend...

Another visit to a Crepes & Waffles restaurant, and more confirmation that the chain trades on its previous great reputation. The service was once again below par - a bit slow, missed a drinks order (that was requested twice), and the drinks that did arrive came after the food. I only visit these restaurants now when I'm with others and the majority decision...
