Yokomo CHINESE FOOD (PLAZA 80) — Restaurant in Bogota, Capital District

Tiny place with Chinese style foods (only 4 tables but clean and neat). As with all Chinese portions are large and prices are low. So result is lots of take home.

Dishes came out piping hot and fresh with plenty of sauce but mild with little garlic or ginger but plenty of onions and vegetables and good meats for her special and my chop suey especial. I did chop suey to avoid carbs of tice (planty of tice choices with mikd flsvor). Spring rolls veggies and nicely crisp. My chop suey (actually a British imitation of Chinese food) really livened up with a few dashes of soy sauce.

They also offer purely vegetarian dishes but no Soups. One window service might limit at busy times but was fine for us with waitress attention and half a dozen take out orders while we were there. Fruit juice was good with no sugar version lemonade (again low carbs).. beer and sodas available as well.

I expect my leftovers and my wife's mixture with pasta will brighten up overnight. All in all ok but could liven up spices a bit for my taste. No bad for a next visit to try...

Se observa que tienen poco cuidado con el aseo y la manipulación de los alimentos, varios de los trabajadores metían las manos en los alimentos ya preparados y comenzaban a comer a boca llena e incluso uno de ello jugaba con los alimentos, lanzandolos al aire. CUIDADO! Me robaron mi tarjeta de crédito e hicieron compras en este establecimiento y la persona que recibió el pago no pidió ningún documento de identidad para confirmar(cabe aclarar que la tarjeta está a nombre de una mujer y la compra la hizo un hombre) siendo la excusa “es que la compra se hizo por contacto”.
