I don't know what to say... This is one of the best restaurants in the WORLD. The massive menu has something for everyone. The ingredients are all superior. God, their pesto! My favorite crepe is the Caprino. Their balsamic reduction is to die for. My favorite waffle is the D'Yuca. The jalea de guayaba is the most perfect waffle topping. Unfortunately, the people who work at the Manizales location think that the recognition and name of this brand, so loved by Colombians, allows them to offer such terrible service. Bad treatment and long waiting times (with the place empty) became frequent. The service is so poor that to satisfy my craving I prefer to order takeout (it does not guarantee the expected quality) and thus avoid a bad time. The menu appears to have some variety, but at the time of flavor, seasoning and technique they are off. Pollo Mexicano was too wet, too much cream.
