Hotel Belén Boutique — Hotel in Manizales

My niece and I stayed here for four nights. We were in the area for personal reasons which were, let's just say, stressful. So glad we booked here. The staff were genuinely warm and friendly (shouts out to Jefferson, Alejandro, and the gentleman who was behind the bar every night we were there, but sadly, I don't recall his name!) Rooms were spacious and quiet. Ours opened up onto a garden space. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed several meals in the "A La Leña" restaurant. we spent two nights in this nice hotel. located in a calm neighbourhood, but still close to zona rosa with all the bars and restaurants. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially román who was a great host. if the management reads this: this man deserves a nice christmas present :) it is people like him that make you feel like a guest. i worked as a receptionist myself for a few years, it can be a hard job. but if you do it like román you understood the job in its...
