Read moreEnglish - The flavors are dynamic, and wonderfully complimentary! The meats are all properly done - not overly done as is so common. The sauces have clear flavors but don't overpower anything else on the plate. The team clearly loves what they do, and it shows in their product - and the smiles you see on Fabian and Sebastian! We shared the Lingua (OMG!!! so moist and delicious!) a version of Paella with a noodle base, and the cake desert - and will be going back later this week If you don't go, it's only your fault for missing out! So go!!
