La Beautiful Cocina Inusual — Restaurant in Manizales

Very unique experience. The place only has two tables! Must reserve weeks in advance. The restaurant is in a house on the outskirts of the city, and be prepared for a rough drive (especially if its raining). The restaurant offers a transportation service, I recommend contacting them via WhatsApp. The food experience changes with the seasons, when we were there it was a menu mostly from Mexico. 6 course tasting menu, but it is a lot of food so be prepared to be full. The local beer pairing was delicious, but we of course ordered the wine and it was delicious the options they had. I posted a photo of one of my new favorite’s. It's a culinary experience, not a regular restaurant open to the public. You need to make reservations, since there are a limited number of tables. The menu this time was inspired in Mexico; the price per person includes 7 dishes and 2 drinks inspired in the different Mexican culture. It's and experience both visually, culturally and delicious.
