This place has moved and is now located to Villa Manolo. It has merged with the hotel. Look for it on the map and go there. The food is more than on point, Claudio is truly a master of the grill. We had the tuna cooked rare and it was incredibly fresh and flavourful, the sauce was delicate and very tasteful. Full on menu cooked on charcoal of local products with an elegant and sophisticated twist on every dish. Also, a massive plus, the absolute best sun set seen in Costa Rica, a staggering 1 hour of mind blowing sky colours due to the excellent placement of the restaurant. Always a good time at Claudios Grill. This is my all time favorite place to eat and/or enjoy an afternoon cocktail. The staff is professional and sweet. Claudio, when available, genuinely cares for his guests and enjoys what he does. The food is delicious and plentiful, some of the prices are on the higher end but the quality and taste make up for it 100%. The added extra are the beautiful views for the restaurant! We had dinner at Claudio’s three times in a row and we weren’t disappointed once. The restaurant has a nice local flair and almost all dishes are grilled on the grill in front of the restaurant. Service was friendly but sometimes seemed swamped given there were only two people managing the bar as well as 30-40 guests.
