Terrible food and impressively neglectful service. Our lunch was a 2-hour struggle of trying to get our server (Eva)'s attention as she did her best to completely ignore us for 30-40min periods. We had to yell to her every time we wanted something as she served all her other tables except us. In the end we were only able to muster a single drink out of her as we sat sweating profusely (90F).
My cheeseburger looked like they put the whole thing together with raw meat then threw it in a panini press. It was all mush in blood soaked bread. My girlfriend's "salad" was literally a plate of solid vegetables with no dressing. They gave us black pepper?

La comida es de corte criolla puntarenense: casados, pescado entero, filete de pescado, pollo a la plancha, patacones, etc. ¿Precios? Bien, razonables, un poco contradictorios pues un pollo a la plancha con arroz salió igual que un plato de camarones con arroz (en mi imaginario de precios culinarios, los camarones son más caros que el pollo). ¿Servicio? Excelente, te atienden rápido y a la brevedad, te traen las bebidas rápido y la comida no dura en llegar más de 15 mins. Hay parqueo amplio, cervezas nacionales comerciales (no cerveza craft), te ponen un frasco de alcohol en gel en la mesa y es fácil separar las cuentas de lo consumido; práctica necesaria hoy en día donde todos estamos mal en mate para hacer las divisiones en la cabeza. ¿Lo malo?
