Great waitstaff and great food! We stopped here after arriving in San Jose on our way to our final destination and were pleasantly surprised. The food was well prepared and delicious. Out waitress saw that we were hungry and brought out some pickled veggies for us to snack on while our food was being prepared. Several of us ordered the pasta dishes and really enjoyed them. The noodles were perfectly cooked al dente and the sauces were all delicious. I ordered the mixed panacotes, which were green plantain "pancakes" served with a variety of toppings: refried black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, and crumbled cojita cheese.
