Kimchis Comida Coreana — Restaurant in Sánchez

Today at 6pm I ordered food to be delivered for 4 people, no special instructions, just regular items, a treat as we had to attend a neighborhood meeting and there was no time to cook. The order was scheduled for 7:30 to 8:00 pm as the meeting was set to end at 7:30. I received confirmation the order was taken and scheduled To deliver at 7:30. 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours to deliver!...Should be enought for something that on restaurant takes maybe 20-30 minutes, no? WRONG!!..... several delays later, at 8:15pm, I contacted the restaurant and they tried to blame delivery as they had been waiting for 7 minutes for a delivery person... If they had made a slightly decent plan to have the food ready near 7:30pm so we could get it delivered on time we would not be having an issue here. Had to cancel my order at 8:30 when I had to go get fast food. NOT AN OUNCE of respect for the customer time here!, changed on my ranking from a Restaurant I liked a lot to be the worst waiting experience on a deliver, and not even taking responsibility for it, probably never will order again. Not recommended unless you want to be hungry and end up eating anything...

The place is really comfy. It's a small place, so I'd reccomend making reservations ahead. The staff is really nice and helpful, the place has an accessible entrance for people with disabilities, and I didn't see a bathroom inside. The menu doesn't have a lot of options, and the price range is acceptable. The food was pretty good, really liked it! I specially liked the spicy chicken, I'd totally recommend a dish with chicken in it. They have very few options for vegetarian/vegan dishes. But I'd say overall the food is great! Also, they have some alcoholic beverages with fruity flavors and they were great ( and pretty strong, the bottles have around...

Food was very good, the taste was great, but the portion of the protein was small and the rice was a little hard, definitely not what you want in an Asian dish. Also, there was no kimchi for the side dishes so that was a bit of a disappointment.

The service was adequate and the value is okay.

Their japchae is very good but it doesn't come with a protein, only...
