I have mix feelings about this place. I arrived with family coming down from Cartago driving to San Jose. Host was not at the front. After a few minutes host walks over. Asked for my name and it seems she couldn’t pronounce it, which I understand. The disappointment was when she asked to repeat my name and then said whatever and named me what ever. If the name is not important don’t asked for it or at least don’t diminish after asking someone for it. Had a resevacion for 9 people for a birthday lunch. 1 extra person showed up to celebrate. Instead of helping us out the staff got mad. They told us that our resevacion had to be canceled. We would have to wait in the non resevacion line with a wait time of over an hour. I have worked in restaurants for over 30 years and have never been treated like this. Will never return. Hope you keep your customers some how....

Worst service ive had in costa rica!! The waiters ignored us the whole time, had to constantly hunt them down to take our order. They never brought us water despite asking 5 different waiters. One waitress even made racist comments right to our face, not knowing we could understand Spanish. And the food wasnt even good. Total waste of money. Just go to Nacion Sushi next door - a million...
