I had the pleasure of dining here several times during a visit with family in March of this year, and still rave about the DELICIOUS, aesthetically pleasing apple tart, a perfectly sweetened banana bread (pan de banana) and coffee that was served to my friend and I chorreador style. That was such a treat! During one of my visits, the owner- at least I think he was, spoke perfect English and explained everything in detail. It was an incredible experience!! I had the Sopa: crema de tomate y hierbas and a slice of banana bread with O. J and chocolate caliente. The food was delicious the staff was amazing and very accommodating to my sin leche request in both the sopa and the chocolate caliente. The environment was inviting, clean and calm. Decided to come try out the breakfast and cannot complain it was really great. I ordered a traditional breakfast came with pinto, eggs, fried plantains and toast, it surpassed my expectations.
