Soda Chaparral is my spot in San Ramón.

Shout out to Maria and the crew because they always deliver. My thing is the olla de carne. They serve it for lunch around eleven, but I wait and make it my breakfast. Or brunch. Whatever you want to call it. That little pot of goodness is pure happiness and somehow makes me feel healthy while I am cleaning the bowl. 🥣

Wow, Amazing food and drink. Although our overall lack of Spanish and indecision may have frustrated our waitress a bit, the food was beyond compare. The Gallo Pinto with huevos ranchero was extraordinary with plenty of spice. We also had omelettes that tastes as good as anything we had ever had. They also select their own coffee beans, roast them there and serve them with a chorreador right...

Una agradable soda en el centro de San Ramón de Alajuela. Tienen un menú variado en comida tradicional de Costa Rica. El ambiente es tranquilo y de buen ver. El servicio es muy bueno con personal muy atento e informado de los productos que venden. No hay parqueo, y si pueden ingresar sillas de ruedas y acomodarse bien en los espacios. Se puede pagar con tarjeta, sinpe, sin contacto o efectivo. En cuanto a las comidas, el sabor es muy acenfuado y se recomienda al máximo. Los precios están algo elevados del promedio, pero por la calidad y sabor se justifican. Se ha penalizado el ambiente, ya que al estar en el centro d ela ciudad el ruido es algo constante y el lugar es muy cerrado, pero...
