I went to this restaurant on a recommendation (it was actually recommended it to someone else who passed the recommendation on to me without trying it first). I was quite pleased with the everything. Although I had a couple of tiny dissatisfactions with my meal, it wasn't enough to warrant a dropped star. Mostly, I wasn't a fan of the French fries they served as they lost their heat too quickly and were just a little under-salted.
The ambiance was nice, and the decorations eclectic. One of the nicest things was the chairs. As anyone who's been to C.R. knows, restaurant seating is usually not the most comfortable. Here however, they used old dining room chairs (from back when houses had dining rooms) which had very nice padding. That alone would be worth a sixth star if it were possible.
The real stand out for my meal was the dessert. The brownie [served with a sode of ice cream] was one of the richest brownies I've had, and it wasn't at all cakey.
