This hidden place is a gem. The chef/owner is from France and is not only very friendly and welcoming, but he knows how to prepare fabulous food. Our server, Aldo is such a sweet man and truly wants you to feel comfortable. His passion and experience in gastronomy made our experience here even more special. This restaurant was recommended to us by two local friends and we were more than satisfied the two times we ate here. The steaks are so good, French fries are crispy and so good, but there are also other delicious options. I wanted to try the fish capacio that must be fantastic, but had no room for more. Their drinks are also really good. The lime & mint one is so refreshing and last night I chose rosè wine instead which was perfect. Aldo gave us exceptional service, he said “let me take care of you” and he did, bringing us a chef’s special Surf & Turf platter that included rib eye steak, tuna, and bbq pork ribs along with a variety of sides (mashed potatoes, carrots, fries, patacones) The meat was fall off the bone, so juicy and tender! Flavors were amazing, can’t rate this place high enough! The atmosphere is very cozy and romantic and trendy. It’s off the beaten path and so worth it! We loved it so much we came again and had another amazing platter that included shrimp, chicken filet, Mahi tuna, and multiple sides again. Excellent food all around, great smoothies. Open air seating with cover . Delicious steak and Maha tuna, cooked perfectly. Thick juicy burger, hot fries. Tasty shrimp, nice deserts, only national beer available, no craft beer. Attentive service, friendly, only downside was they told us the credit card machine was broken and wanted America dollars, but somehow it worked once we told them we were tapped out of US dollars.
