Tian Tan — Restaurant in City of Zagreb

I've been a loyal guest of Tian Tan for years, despite not being a from Zagreb. Whenever I'm in town, they are always on my families list of go-to places and will continue to be so. The restaurant boasts a decent and well-kept ambiance, and the food has consistently been delicious so far. There is room for improvement e.g. cleanliness of the restroom and it's something we've overlooked in the past due to our overall positive experiences. Recently, after a brief pause, we returned to have lunch at Tian Tan and noticed a very slight dip in the quality of the dishes and we sincerely hope and wish that they regain their former excellence. Despite these minor setbacks, I still hold Tian Tan in high regard, and I look forward to returning to enjoy their delectable cuisine in the future. Here's to hoping they address the issues and continue providing memorable dining experiences for all...

Great chinese food restaurant, with prices above average I would say. Each dish is around 55HRK (8$) and you have to pay separately for bowl of rice. Beer (half liter) is 15HRK=2$. So, to put it all together place is a good option if you are looking for tastefull chinese food. But not giving 5/5 because for this restaurant location prices should be lower, and I didn't like to see how they deliver boxes of food through main entrance while we were eating. Another thing is that there were 3 waiter serving us, I think It's better if there is one person through whole time. Also one of the chinese guy went out and smoked on terrace, which for guests might not be invitation to go inside. Don't have problem with all that, maybe that's proof of authentic chinese restaurant, but at the moment didn't...

Really disappointed experience. The food was good, the sad part was when found between the rice some metal thing that it’s seems to be part of those metal sponges to clean. We talked about it with the waitress and she did not look surprise or corcern at all, neither apologies or taked any action towards the situation. She was totally numb. I have no relation with the hospitality world but just from my common sense at least we would spect an apologies or any show of concern for the situation, not charge the dish or something, instead of the non reaction. Because it’s a serious and dangerous error to found a peace of metal in your food. Mistakes can happen but a no reaction towards it’s concern.
