Pub BEER GARDEN — Restaurant in Grad Supetar

I have bought burgers here several times. The Burger with Scottish beef is great and so are the fries. I did notice that the container with the fries is never even half full though, it's a tiny portion. Today my mum - who is a local - asked me to bring her some fries. When I ordered, i asked for a decent portion and pointed out that all the orders before had had tiny ones. I was told they were always the same size, so I ordered two to make sure my mum gets enough. Only this time the boxes were full. When I told the staff that the huge difference between the sizes was not ok, I was told they didn't believe me. All in all: good food, good music, bad customer service.

As it's not possible to react to the answer: Yesterday the portions were double the size than all the other times I bought takeaway from you. Your service is good in general, but when a customer points these differences out to you, accusing them of not telling the truth is also uncool. I am being fair here: I said your food is good, so is the music but as someone who has worked in hospitality for many years, I am disappointed by that kind of reaction to a polite critique. I am a regular, I am in Supetar every year, mostly for many weeks and my mum is a Croatian who lives here ans loves your fries, so I will still come again and eat with you. I am more than happy to change my rating, if my experience changes....

We went here 'cause we were hungry and the food seemed good. And it was very good. But, there's a but.

We waited for half an hour to order - and we had to call a waitress for that - however there weren't a lot of people. Waitresses just passed by us but it's like we were not here...

Then, we waited again 20 minutes and... It wasn't the good burgers... We have asked veggies burgers and we had meat... So my boyfriend went to see the waitress and asked for change just one burger. What an idea! Almost 15 minutes to have the good one. So, finally, 1 hour to have just one veggie burger...

The worst, some people arrived after us were served before us ! I worked as a waitress and I never see this kind of organization - or, disorganization. Be 3 waitresses and do this kind of job is do not normal. So, maybe there was a problem but, the least of it, is to tell to customers.

Fortunately, food was good but I won't...

The food and the location are great! Would really recommend that. But it's called the BEER Garden so let's talk about beer...

We ordered two Trapulas from the tap (amazing APA brewed by Tap B in Split, where we live). We drink this beer almost every day so it was cool finding it on the island. Sadly, it was too sour (most probably dirty pipes). Told the staff and they tried to gaslight us saying it has "citric notes". So we ordered the bottled Trapula and only then the staff offered to remove the draught from the bill. When we got the bill, one pint was still there but it was removed after we argued (again).

Overall, it would've been 2 stars but the bartender was cool so it's 3. Just keep it clean and listen to...
