Worst experience ever. I ordered grilled red snapper and they brought me 2 small fish, one on top of the other. The one on top, certainly a snapper around 1lb. The other one was either a mackarel or a similar. Called the server and told her it was not a snapper and certainly not what I ordered and did not like the taste of that fish. She simply said, the cook didn't realize thry were different cuz they come in pairs, one wrapping the other...and turned around and left. Called her again and asked what they were going to do about it.. long story short...she called management, who came to speak to me already upset. "She said you don't want to pay for your fish".. i explained it was not what I ordered, I do not eat mackarel and it was not about the money. I was still hungry and upset. He gavr me a million excuses on why it was not the restaurant or his fault I did not like the fish. I explained several times it was not what I ordered and it was their mistake. He asked me what I'd offer as a solution. LOL. And then ended up discounting 50% off the dish. This place is a joke. The other dish we ordered was smoked pork chops, cut into the thinest possible pieces ever and more bone than meat. Worst meal, worst service and server and management with no manners or customer...

Si entra un po’ dubbiosi attraverso un’hamburgheria, ma una volta salite le scale ci si trova in una sala con molto stile, decisamente differente dalla media dei ristoranti cubani. La griglia è a vista, le carni cotte al carbone sono assolutamente sorprendenti. Uno dei ristoranti dove ho mangiato meglio la carne in 15 anni di Cuba. Ottimo il congrì, non è così facile mangiarlo così buono, come anche i tostones. Pulizia di cucina e sala assolutamente eccellenti. Il servizio è cordiale ma attento e molto veloce. Il conto ci ha stupito: 4 piatti di carne molto abbondanti, due porzioni di congrì, due di tostones, 5 birre, un refresco, due dobles di Ritual per circa 25€. Assolutamente consigliato!!!!...
