Califorian Gold — Restaurant in Gazimağusa Belediyesi

I have no words to describe how special this place is! With my profession I have traveled a lot around the world and I can say it is usually very difficult for me to be impressed. But in this restaurant every time I feel special. Tonight I tried to focus on the back ground music and to say "this song is not suitable". But there wasn't even one such song. The atmosphere of 1940s America is truly unique. The green grass and the garden are always in excellent condition. On this Sunday evening, our table happened to be right next to a fragrant jasmine bush. The restaurant was extremely busy, but this did not affect the quality of service at all. My kid ordered chicken wings and I tried to talk him out of ordering a steak or something else he could have for dinner. However he insisted, and when the portion came, it was a sized portion for an adult. Everything was perfectly cooked and tasty, not burnt but crispy. The prices are more than normal. I would like to share my experience at califorian, not as a customer but as a person who has worked there for the last few months. I will start off by saying that they have no respect no gratitude for the people serving their customers 12 to 13 hours a day. Sometimes, even 14 hours a day and still not getting paid for the over time. They also take away your day off whenever they feel like it. The top management, not the local manager but the manager who has been over looking the califorian branches has no respect for his workers. They tell the workers to leave if you dare say no or ask for your basic rights and then have the audacity to refuse service when I showed up as a paying customer and was asked to leave for no apparent reason and was even threatened to not show myself around the area again. I had my beloved Chicken Cecilia: chicken breast with goat cheese topped with shrimps, avocado and pesto creme sauce served with mashed potatoes and boiled vegetables. I have always been a big fan of goat cheese and this was one of the best and ended up going twice the same day for lunch and dinner.
