OLD PLANE LOUNGE & BISTRO — Restaurant in Gazimağusa Belediyesi

I have experienced both good and bad restaurants, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Both the food quality and the staff’s behavior were extremely poor and unprofessional.

At Old Plane Lounge & Bistro, the food was completely inedible. The pizza was so poorly made that we did not take a single bite. The toppings were completely separated from the bread, and there was standing water on the pizza. Additionally, both the smell and taste of the food were terrible, making it impossible to enjoy the meal in any way. The burger was no better—we took one very small bite, but its awful taste made it completely impossible to eat.

When we complained, the staff was rude and dismissive, showing no concern for our experience. We immediately left the place, but despite not eating the food, we were still forced to pay the bill, which was completely unacceptable.

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had, and I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.

Old Plane Lounge & Bistro'da yemekler kesinlikle yenilemezdi. Pizza o kadar kötü hazırlanmıştı ki hiçbir şekilde yemeden bıraktık. Malzemeler tamamen ekmekten ayrılmıştı ve pizzanın üzerinde su birikintisi oluşmuştu. Ayrıca, yemeklerin hem kokusu hem de tadı çok kötüydü, bu yüzden yemekle herhangi bir bağ kurmak imkânsızdı. Burgerden sadece çok küçük bir ısırık aldık, ancak tadı o kadar kötüydü ki devam edemedik.

Şikayetimizi dile getirdiğimizde personel son derece kaba ve ilgisizdi, deneyimimizle hiç ilgilenmediler. Bu yüzden hemen mekândan ayrıldık. Yemekleri hiç yemememize rağmen hesabı ödemek zorunda bırakıldık, ki bu kesinlikle kabul edilemezdi.

Bu, hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü restoran deneyimiydi ve kesinlikle kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

در Old Plane Lounge & Bistro غذاها کاملاً غیرقابل خوردن بودند. پیتزا آنقدر بد بود که حتی یک لقمه هم از آن نخوردیم. مواد روی پیتزا کاملاً از نان جدا شده بود و روی آن آب ایستاده بود. علاوه بر این، هم بوی غذا بد بود و هم طعم آن فاجعه‌بار بود، به طوری که اصلاً نمی‌شد هیچ ارتباطی با غذا برقرار کرد. برگر را فقط یک گاز خیلی کوچک زدیم، اما طعم آن آنقدر وحشتناک بود که دیگر نتوانستیم ادامه دهیم.

وقتی اعتراض کردیم، کارکنان بسیار بی‌ادب و غیرمحترمانه برخورد کردند و هیچ اهمیتی به تجربه ما ندادند. به همین دلیل، بلافاصله رستوران را ترک کردیم. با اینکه غذای ما تقریباً دست‌نخورده باقی ماند، ما را مجبور به پرداخت صورت‌حساب کردند که کاملاً غیرقابل قبول بود.

این بدترین تجربه من در یک رستوران بود و به هیچ‌کس توصیه نمی‌کنم که...

Would not recommend for thos who looks after the speed and service. We was waiting 30 min to be served with drinks- bottle of beer, coce can and one long island coctail, that eventually turned up to be ice tea with a bit of rum. Soup of the day was nice.
