Pizza Hut - Makariou — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

Never in my life did I had such terrible customer service experience. We visited the outlet yesterday and we were a large group of ten adults with 4 children. The whole place inside was empty except for a few seats. It was hot outside and instead of accommodating us inside the attendant asked us to sit outside. Which would have been understood if we wouldn't have spotted two kids, who bdw were still browsing through the menu, occupying a larger space than they need. When we requested her to accomodate us in, she said "sorry I can't do that". That was the most unwelcoming experience we ever faced. She was least interested in letting us stay. How can they get it so wrong. We went to eat at their restaurant and ordered 4 pizzas and a main meal. 2 pizzas and the main meal come out after 25 min which I thought was a long wait considering it wasn’t at all busy. The other 2 pizzas took forever to come, so much so our guests finished their meals before we got our food.

The apology from the staff was not heartfelt, no compensation given which should have been the right thing to do.

The meal was overpriced, the service pathetic and the staff disgraceful!

I used to get most of my food from Pizza Hut in Limousin but in the Makarios Street branch near McDonald's and Second Cup Cafe the red haired receptionist is 40 years old or older her treatment is very bad and her treatment of some people is very racist we cancelled our last order because of her racist treatment please fix this matter this is not good for a restaurant like yours and your restaurant is very famous you have to fix the matter before this disease spreads to customers and the...
