The Secret Garden – A Hidden Gem in Nature's Embrace 🌿

Tucked away from the noise of the world, The Secret Garden is nothing short of magical. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed by the warmth and genuine friendliness of the staff—every interaction feels personal, thoughtful, and kind.

The setting is breathtaking. Surrounded by lush greenery and filled with the soothing sounds of birds in the wild, this place is a sanctuary for anyone craving peace, beauty, and a deep connection with nature. It’s not just a garden—it’s a living, breathing experience.

The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish is crafted with care, using fresh ingredients that reflect the richness of the land. Whether you're there for a full meal or just a light snack, you can taste the love in every bite.

If you’re looking for a tranquil escape with five-star hospitality, stunning natural surroundings, and the joy of spotting birds in their natural habitat, The Secret Garden is the place. A true hidden treasure that you’ll want to keep all to yourself—but it’s too good...

I am client for 2 years now. Have suggested this place to so many people. However, today I was fully disapointed with their approach. I came with my son (10 yo) to eat. We ordered food and drinks, waitress said that the food would take more time than usual to be prepared. I said no worries, and I asked, since the food would be late, could they serve to the kid a plain half of cyprus pitta, as the kid was very hungry. Of course I told waitress that I will pay extra for this pitta. But, she came back telling me THEY CAN'T BRING HALF PLAIN PITTA TO THE KID BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE IT ON THE MENU 🤦‍♀️ I felt that these people do not deserve my money and we left this place immediately canceling our order. Down the road, just a few steps from Secret Garden we found a beautiful place with beautiful people insideout! They not only brought piece of pitta to the kid, they didn't even charged it! It is not about the money, it is about people. Today was the last time I ever visit or suggest...

As a local foreigner this is an amazing place to have close by. How much I love and appreciate the local food and traditions, it’s nice to have a piece of quality cake or a gourmet-kinda-lunch in the mountains as well. Maybe you can find similar cafe’s in a city, yes. But mind you, this is far from the city and it’s not easy to maintain. The menu they offer is way more complex to craft, other than most traditional foods. The ingredients they need are more expensive and it’s difficult to anticipate if a bus with tourists might stop by or only a few local come to sit for a coffee.

The pastry is fresh and well balanced by a skilled pastry chef. Try to find a good not deadly sweet cake in Paphos. As a baker I can tell you that’s difficult.

The value of a place like this is often underrated by people who never thought about thinking.

To me they...

1. Very nice, cozy place: it is really tranquil and quiet in the yard where tables are located. The yard itself is very green. A hen was walking around when we was there :) 2. Although the menu is small, the food is diverse and tasty. We enjoyed it. 3. The service was somehow weird. When we came without reservation, we were offered a very small table for two, although we were four and we wanted to eat. When we mentioned their famous brunch, we were told that there is no brunch without reservation. Finally, after several minutes of discussion everything was settled - we got a table for four and, as you may guess, a brunch, a beer bread and thick pancakes with cold berries! (That’s why 4 stars)
