A very pleasant member of staff made us welcome and quickly brought menus and drinks. We called in for a coffee and snack during a long drive so cannot comment on main meals. The menu caters for starters, mains, and desserts and a good selection of snack meals such as pizzas, salads, kebabs and sandwiches also Cypriot style with generous portions competitively priced. Vegetarian options are possible from items on the menu. Some allergy advice was available. All were very tasty and presented on nice crockery and a complementary cake was generously provided with our coffee. Both alcoholic and soft drinks are available. The restaurant had a number of local Cypriot customers as well as some tourists. There is plenty of seating on the covered verandah overlooking a lovely view. The staff were helpful and cheerful and provided extra cushions for people sitting on the outer verandah, the interior is very plush and extra comfortable with stylish sofas and a well stocked cocktail bar. The toilet facilities are spotlessly clean and separate wash facilities adjacent to each. Access to the restaurant is up several steep steps but there is a ramp making it suitable for wheelchair users. Parking is available directly on the...

I wish I had any photos of the food but it was too tasty to make photos! It was work of art, No.1 place in Cyprus! We've tried multiple taverns during our holidays but none of them could match the level of service and food of this place! We were driving down from the mountains and saw this place on the map on our way so decided to stop for lunch. We felt very welcome from the moment we entered - everyone was nice, friendly and helpful. The food was amazing - it is obvious food was made with love and care, everything was fresh and tasty. The portions are really big but managed to finish almost everything - it was too tasty to leave! :) And one more thing about pita - I've never tasted so fresh and tasty pita, it was love at the first taste (and I've had multiple tries in Cyprus and Greece) :) After finishing our meal we were given a wonderful desert as a treat - it was also very fresh and tasty!! And some local tangerines to end our experience. I would give as much stars posible - to have such a good service in off season is amazing! I wish you all the best and keep up the good work! My little blond girl also said your place was the best we've been to! Greetings...

In the very beautiful Chrysoroyiatissa Monastery, we were given a business card of this place, since the monastery cafe was already closed. So, ‘Veranda Tou Onirou’ is a family cafe. The owners were very hospitable. We sit outside and enjoyed the view and weather while waiting for our food. We traveled a lot around the island during our vacation. And the chicken souvlaki from ‘Veranda’ is the best one for kids and adults. Even chicken burger is not classic one, it is so delicious, for me it is like grandma’s cutlets. Everything is so fresh and very-very tasty. I am sure that you can order anything from the menu and you will like it. We are a family with 2 children and we ate every bite. That says a lot! We will be back next year for sure! And many thanks for the velvet cake! It was a compliment from the owners. I do not like such cakes because for me it is too much sugar but this one is the best from all Desserts which I have tasted during our vacation. Delicious! We wish ‘Veranda’ prosperity and many happy clients! Thank you...

Veranda Tou Onirou Restaurant” is a truly exceptional restaurant. From the moment I stepped through the door, I felt at home – as if visiting my own mother. The owner greeted me with a radiant smile and an aura of warmth that made all worries disappear. Each dish is a piece of Cyprus, prepared with love and passion. Whether it’s the traditional moussaka or the fresh salads, every bite tells a story and brings the authentic flavors of the island to life. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, adorned with traditional Cypriot decorations. The owner takes the time to engage with every guest, sharing stories and ensuring everyone feels welcome. This personal touch makes all the difference, creating an unparalleled atmosphere. I always leave “Veranda Tou Onirou Restaurant” with a full stomach and an even fuller heart. It’s not just the best restaurant in Cyprus – it’s a place where you experience the true meaning of hospitality. A visit here is an unforgettable experience, just like being at home.

On the way back from Kykkos monistary on the E703(road) , we felt a tad peckish and thought we'd stop at somewhere for a bite. (On our bucket list was for my friend to try sheftalia) We came across Veranda which was very artful with pictures of Frida Kahlo on the outside. We were welcomed by a FK lookalike 😁 called Ellen (my best attempt at spelling her name) She recommended the home made lemonade with Lemons from Polis with a sprig of mint, which was cool and refreshing in the Cypriot heat. To food, only mains portion of sheftalia on the menu but Ellen was happy enough to split the meal with 2 plates and a wee delicious salad. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, just what we needed and another tick off our list. The inside and out looks amazing and if you're going past, feeling peckish, we'll worth a stop off. I'm sure the evenings, judging by the menu would be a good evening out with a great atmosphere.

Kobieta pozwoliła wybrać nam stolik i cały czas z radością i szczerością w oczach rozmawiała z nami.
