Had a strange experience here. We had the stone grill option for most of the party. The steak was excellent, however, the service was very poor. Two dinners didn't get their food until 15-mins after the rest of us. When we asked about this there was no understanding about why we were annoyed the food was late! They hadn't wondered why there were 2 dinners not eating. Then we asked for the meals to removed at the end because of the poor experience. The waitress couldn't understand why we would ask for it to be removed and started arguing with us. After around 10mins of trying to explain our disappointment we gave up and settled the bill. Let’s get right to the point, this was a slightly average meal but worth a review just for the service. While all the staff were super-nice and efficient, the friendly, warm and fun service from Simona made this an exceptional experience. She is a model for making customers feel valued and ensuring they have an enjoyable night however average the food is.
