The service in this place is absolutely DIABOLICAL. ATROCIOUS. HORRIFIC. HORRENDOUS.

Just a few words to describe how bad it is.

Plenty of staff stood around doing nothing. Always have to ask twice for things and even then you’ll be lucky to get it.

It is unacceptable to serve everyone and then leave one member of the group without their meal for over 30 minutes. The food had to be taken away in a bag because of how delayed it was. They didn’t care and offered nothing in return for the abysmal service.

Asked what the vegetable were, the waitress couldn’t be bothered to go find out. She left to find out, came back 10 minutes later and said ‘Do you want the vegetables or not?’ After a discussion based on guess work and laziness we said yes. Did they come in the end? NO.

Unaware before I left, my wife told me the same waitress told my wife to ‘move out of her way’. You might think that’s acceptable from where you come from but it isn’t where I come from.

Upon paying, AGAIN, the lazy staffed refused to take payment separately and demanded that one person pay the whole bill in one. After an argument about this one person had to pay because their system couldn’t possibly take multiple card payments. LAZY, couldn’t be arsed staffed. DISGRACEFUL.

The service is by far the worst I have ever had at any establishment in any country. Cyprus standards are low but this place takes it pretty far. Clearly the staff aren’t Cypriot so I hope the owner sees this and educates their staff on manners and service because I can guarantee I will never come here again. I will also ensure to discourage anyone from Akrotiri never to come here. 2 visits and both times the service was BAD.

The single best thing there its the server staff, in the kitchen the staff wear sandals or flippers, all the food in the storage rooms or fridges its all together, the kitchen staff need to guess when a product its expired or not, gloves are an option when they prepare the plates, and if they’re wearing the gloves, it’s for the entire day, the bar inside its full of ants, dusty and miserable place, the owner from there its just abusing the kitchen staff with under average payment, disgusting accommodation, the owner it’s demanding the oncoming people to learn greek, she wants europeans people to work there, but she doesn’t speak or understand a proper English, disgusting experience, the owners need to eat food around the Episkopi village to see what its a proper kebab presentation! Also the owner need to travel a lot to realise and to see what a proper and quality service means, I will never recommend nobody to work or to eat there. Well what can I say, first visit to Pastos I will not return. We waited 15 min before any one came to take are ordered. My partner ordered the fish with salad it came with veg. I ordered the Moussaka it was missing any meat in it, I spoke to a member of staff and explained I was unable to eat my meal as it was dry. She took it back to the kitchen, a guy returned to the table no apologies asked if I wanted any thing else I declined as due to the disappointing meal. Again no apologies.
