We chose this place based on the reviews of recent guests who loved it for the graciousness of the hosts and the quality and authenticity of the food. The hospitality was exceptional and very truly appreciated in the middle of the afternoon in January when they were open but empty and busy getting themselves prepared for the evening. And the food really stands out from the usual offerings at a typical taverna - not just for the quality but for the unusual offerings. Most of us chose items we haven’t seen before on a menu - pastourma (the beef version of loukanika, a delicious spiced sausage), flamantzeri (pork belly glazed with Commandaria wine and chili), and grilled beef liver (the lamb liver wasn’t available). We also ordered the typical dips with pita, plus marinated grilled halloumi - which was the best we’ve had (so tender and flavourful, not overly salty). Good local wines, good coffee, and they gave us a complimentary dessert. We all agreed it was the best meal we’d had in Cyprus - especially my parents who live in Pissouri and have had many meals in that area and others...

The service was very fast, the food was absolutely delicious. The view was very nice as well and the staff was very friendly and nice! They even explained how to get from point A to point B and just had a chat with us about the life here in Cyprus. I highly...

The earlier review posted by Benjamin Lehmann does NOT relate to To Ouzeraki in Erimi (it actually belongs to a taverna in Yermasoyia, to the east of Limassol). I have added photos of the...
