Pizza Hut - Yeroskipou — Restaurant in Yeroskipou

I was given a 1+1 coupon for pizza hut from SuperHome stores and decided to use it at this particular pizza hut location being closer to my house, despite many negative reviews. I had the most negative experience ever. Starting with an unwelcoming staff. Not a welocme, not a smile, not a hello ! I was there at their openning time 6pm and I gave my order for 1 Greek pizza and 1 peperoni. I was told for a 15 min wait. The time passed and I had to go in and ask. The greek pizza was still in the oven and I was told for an extra 5 min wait. Then I noticed the pizza was ready so I went in again to be told for another wait for the peperoni. Finally the peperoni was out and I got the pizzas to my house. The surprise came when I openned the boxes. The Greek pizza after all that waiting was totally undercooked both sides !! The peperoni instead was burnt and dried as it can be !! Then I realised the peperoni was actually there from the day before and was put in the oven to be reheated. No other explanation as the store openned at the time I visited it. Both pizzas ended in the bin !! NEVER AGAIN EVEN FOR AN ALL FREE PIIZZA !! Placed an order through Wolt for 2 crown pizzas and 10 wingstreet. The crown pizzas looked like the one in the picrure and the one also came wrong. Super crunchy, cold, super thin crust and with just an ounce of philadelphia. The total amount of that being 47€ which was ridiculous. After contacting Wolt they said they are going to speak to the store and come back at us(we were waiting more than 30minutes). The store refunded the money for the one pizza and said that the other was ok and fast. Never ordering again, prefer Dominos 100%!!! Better customer support and...

Ordered prior to the F1 starting so it arrived as the GP finished.

So the order arrived 40 minutes late, the whole order was freezing cold. Tried to call the number to chase but couldn’t get through to anyone. Finally the driver arrived and was rude to my partner and presumed I was from the Netherlands.

The wings were sent plain with separate BBQ sauces despised ordering Honey and Mustard.
