I had an absolutely terrible experience at Blue Lipno restaurant. The service was incredibly unfriendly and rude, which completely ruined what was supposed to be a special celebration for my son's 10th birthday. A week before the event, I called to make a reservation for 12 people for bowling and dinner and specifically asked if they could prepare a birthday cake for my son. They flatly refused, saying I had to bring my own cake. I reassured to ask if I could bring it - they on pnone confirmed thats the correct course of action.
So, on the day of the celebration, I arrived with a group of 12 guests and a cake from Lipno sweetshop as they previously recommended and that I had specially bought for my son on their own advise, only to be met with even more hostility. The staff rudely told me that I couldn't have my own cake there, contradicting what they had told me on the phone earlier. They not only embarrassed me in front of my guests but also caused my son immense disappointment on his once-in-a-lifetime 10th birthday.
It's incredibly disappointing that a restaurant would treat its customers in such a disrespectful and inconsistent manner. Especially a costumer that has been going to Amenity resort regularly for years and day before spent already large sum on the food and beverage in their establishment. I would strongly advise anyone considering dining at Blue Lipno to think twice before subjecting themselves to such unprofessional and inconsiderate treatment. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, my son will not have an option to RE-DO his 10years old birthday ….and I will definitely not be returning to this establishment and I strongly advise everyone to stay...
Read moreWe had a disappointing experience at the restaurant last night. We arrived at 20:04 PM and were looking forward to enjoying a meal, particularly burgers, which we love from previous visits. However, the waitress informed us that burgers were not available à la carte at the moment, so we go for the buffet instead.
Unfortunately, the waitress failed to provide clear information about the buffet, including the time limit and that drinks were not included. We started eating at 20:10, only to be surprised when the buffet ended abruptly at 20:30 without any warning.
This lack of transparency and poor communication from the waitstaff, particularly the two women who seemed unfriendly and unapproachable, was extremely disappointing. We have always enjoyed our meals at this restaurant, especially the service from Michael and another Boy staff member. However, last night's experience fell far short of our expectations.
The sudden ending of the buffet and lack of clear information about the terms and conditions left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. We hope that the restaurant will take steps to improve their communication and service to prevent similar experiences in the future.

Read moreWe came for early dinner (2 adults, two kids). As expected, the restaurant was empty, other than 2-3 tables. The host took us to a table, which had strong smells from the kitchen. We asked for another table, but for some reason the waiter insisted that all other tables are reserved. Now, I know that sometimes it happens that a customer asks for a certain table, never happened to me that all customers insist on a specific table. There were many free four-seat tables around us. Clearly, the host had no reason to insist. Moreover, unsurprisingly, when we finished our dinner and left, the restaurant was still empty. The food was average and overpriced. The only good dish was the soup of the day (leek soup). There is a broad offering of restaurants in Lipno. Don't waste your time and money...
