I’ve read the bad reviews of this place. A lot of them had to do with bad quality service and speed. The staff that served me were attentive, and fast. The restaurant was at about 50% capacity. I was quickly asked what I would like to drink, and was served my Pilsner quite fast. As for the beer, I only tried the Pilsner but what I can say is that so far this is the best Pilsner I’ve been served in this city. I’ve gone to a few bars and restaurants today and had a Pilsner at all of them. This place has very good and very clean Pilsner. It tastes like quality as a Pilsner should. As for the food, I ordered one of the burgers and sweet potato fries. The food was not mind blowing but it was definitely good, 7/10. My only complaints are fix the burgers, the bread to meat ratio is not good. Too much bread, if I wanted bread I would go to a bakery…. Either give a bigger burger patty or make smaller/thinner bread buns. Also a more educated staff would go a long way. I asked for what they would recommend to eat and they did not have much insight. I recommend the restaurant to make the staff try a sample of all the dishes here so they can be more educated and give better advice for a first time customer. Overall this place gets a solid 8/10.
