We were drawn in by the sign on your door, which indicated that you were open for lunch, so we decided to dine at your establishment. After sitting down and ordering water, we were informed that the menu service time had already passed, despite the sign clearly suggesting otherwise.

We chose to leave the restaurant, but were surprised and disappointed to find that we were charged for the water, approximately 50 Czech koruna. My wife decided to settle the charge, but this experience left us with the impression that your business practices are not transparent and seem more focused on extracting money from unsuspecting customers than offering genuine service.

Jídlo jsem si zde neobjednávala, takže nehodnotím. Ale: dala jsem si ledovou kávu se šlehačkou, po ochutnání se mi šlehačka zdála trochu nakyslá, jakoby v závěru měla takovou pachuť. Reklamovala jsem u obsluhy, načež pan číšník řekl, že to není možné, protože šlehačku dělal dnes a má ji celou dobu v lednici, když jsem se nenechala odbýt, podal si vlastní lžičku a začal šlehačku z mé kávy ochutnávat - a že prý se mu zdá dobrá, nakonec se ale zeptal, zda tedy chci něco jiného a kávu odnesl. Dala jsem si malinovou domácí limonádu, byla dobrá, bohužel jsem o něco později nedopatřením zavadila o sklenici, ta spadla a rozbila se. Na můj dotaz, zda mají nějaký hadr přinesl pan číšník smetáček (mimochodem celkem páchl) a lopatku a se slovy, že střepy bude lepší zamést, mi jej podal. Poté jsme seděli u mokrého stolu, pod nímž byla louže a smetáček s lopatkou a smetenými střepy cca 10-15 minut, následně přišel pan číšník, lehce opucoval stůl, přijal další objednávku, vzal smetáček s lopatkou a střepy a odnesl je, podlahu prostě nechal uschnout, takže při mém odchodu lepila. Když jsem potřebovala následně odejít dřív než ostatní, stála jsem u stolu s peněženkou v ruce číšníkem zcela nepovšimnuta opět cca 10-15 minut, ale nedočkala jsem se. Jelikož jsem spěchala, dala jsem peníze kamarádce, ať zaplatí za mne. Po návštěvě Kozlovny mám tedy celkem humornou historku k vyprávění, ale znovu už tam...
