I have spent in this hotel one night for my business trip.||||The hotel is nice, modern and easy to find. Close to the hotel is small private parking - 100 Czk per night (4 Eur).||||Rooms are cozy, with modern eqipment but not much private because od noise from another rooms.||||Bathroom wasn ´ t so clean. Less than very good is good and more than average. Of what? For 58€ you can not have that you 'll have for more. The hotel is not new so you 'll find hold things.For me every thing was good for the price paided. cleaning, restaurant, breakfast, all OK! You can't asked for an inside accoustics! Stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. The hotel is near the centre of Opava so you can take a walk and look about. The hotel is small, but fine for a 3 star hotel.
