Every time I order something is wrong. I ordered food and it was 25 minutes late The burger I ordered was A bourbon BBQ. I received a burger with no Onion Rings, cheese and bacon with the bottom part containing mushrooms and spinach.

Also once again they forget to add the cheese sauce that I have paid for.

Waited over 60 minutes for the restaurant to contact me after calling customer support only to find out that nobody had even looked at the complaint until another employee who had only started her shift to call me. The only thing that I can say that was good was the person that actually took the time to call me when it should have been management at the restaurant who should have called me when the complaint was made!!!

In total I waited 2 hours, from when the order was placed until someone actually contacted me from the restaurant!!!

After almost 3 hours I received a replacement meal which was missing food again.

At this point in time I will be waiting for over 3 hours to receive the correct food if it ever arrives.

Horrible horrible horrible service...

food is awesome, we go here all the time since its the closest kfc though there have been many occasions where we havent recieved many parts of our order. this isnt the main reason i decided to write this review though! about a week ago, we decided to eat our food in the restaurant itself and sit at the tables near the windows with the cushioned benches, only to be horrified with the presence of massive spider webs with spiders living inside each and every one of gaps between the back and seat cushionings of the benches we checked out on one side of the restaurant! i am one to excuse the order mess ups, since it usually can get resolved, though finding one of my biggest fears in a seating place where i am supposed to eat my food is outrageous. it genuinely looked like they have been living there for weeks and that no type of cleaning supplies touched those places in a looong while. please get better cleaning people, i have never experienced this in a food place yet and it quite deeply...

Musím říct, že horší zážitek v restauraci jsem snad ještě neměl. Už při příchodu mě zarazilo, jak neorganizovaně to tu funguje. Čekal jsem strašně dlouho, přestože přede mnou nebyla žádná velká fronta. Nikdo se nesnažil pracovat efektivně, obsluha byla pomalá, zmatená a vypadalo to, že je jim úplně jedno, jak dlouho tam zákazníci čekají.

Když jsem se konečně dostal k objednávce, doufal jsem, že aspoň jídlo bude stát za to. Bohužel ani to se nestalo. Moje jídlo vypadalo, jako kdyby ho někdo doslova poházel po krabici. Hranolky byly gumové, burger rozpadlý, omáčka vyteklá všude, jen ne tam, kde měla být. Kousky kuřete byly spíš ohořelé než dobře upečené a celé to působilo jako odpad, který tam někdo naházel jen tak halabala.

Celkový dojem? Absolutní katastrofa. Očekával jsem standardní fast food kvalitu, ale dostal jsem něco, co by neobstálo ani jako zbytkové jídlo z předchozího dne. Měl jsem obrovskou chuť to tam rovnou vrátit, ale po té šílené době čekání jsem už neměl energii řešit nějaké reklamace.

Další problém byla obsluha. Nejenže byla pomalá, ale i nepříjemná. Místo aby se snažili napravit situaci, vypadalo to, že je obtěžuje už jen to, že jsem si něco objednal. Když jsem se slušně zeptal, proč to trvá tak dlouho, dostal jsem jen otrávený pohled a neurčitou odpověď. O nějakém zákaznickém servisu tady nemůže být ani řeč.

Restaurace byla navíc neuvěřitelně špinavá. Stoly neuklizené, podlaha ulepená, odpadky přetékaly z košů. Při pohledu na tu špínu jsem si skoro přál, abych si jídlo ani neobjednal, protože jsem začal pochybovat o hygienických standardech, které tady (ne)dodržují.

KFC mělo kdysi určitou úroveň, ale tohle byla naprostá tragédie. Kdybych si raději zajel někam jinam, udělal bych líp. Pokud se tu něco nezmění, rozhodně se sem už nikdy nevrátím. A pokud se někdo rozmýšlí, jestli sem zajít – doporučuji dobře si to rozmyslet. Vyhodíte peníze za jídlo, které za to nestojí, a ještě budete muset snášet nepříjemnou obsluhu a nekonečné čekání.
