Zero Customer service at this place and it didn't happen for the first time! we ordered 2 glasses of Lemon Radler (non alcoholic beers), one tasted different than the other, it had no sparkles and tasted like a water with syrup. When I asked the waiters they had told me there was nothing they could have done because the tank was about to finish. I had asked for an alternative and got a non alcoholic regular beer. No sorry, nothing. Then the pizzas came, one regular Hawaii with 4 pieces of pineapples, one had a running raw egg, it wasn't tasty at all, I highly doubt it's part of the recipe. The food is definitely not worth the prices! When it came to settling of the bill, I realized that they still charged us for the Radler that I returned, it was more expensive than the non alcoholic beer. very dissapointed. having been there 25+ times in last 5-6 years, the quality went substatially down and prices up. We will NOT come more, and will rather will discover something new. For such prices like today thery have, you have elsvere even in Germany substatially better service and better meals. Looks like they earn on name rather than on quality. Example - pasta with see food called like daily offer - 385 CZK - like 16€ . With pasta you get 8 (eight) mussels and 2 (two) small (or even more than small) calamari. Crazy. Another - 225CZK gnocci with pork. If there was 20 grams of pork, was a miracle. half empty restaurant, you wait more than 1 hour. We left zero tip, as this is not worth to spend...

Lunched and dined couple of times before, during and now after covid. Food is really tasty and a little on the pricier side but not by much. Unfortunately the staff isn't really customer centric. After last two encounters in last month we've been repelled by not-so-welcoming staff and ended 100m down the hill in a more welcoming and friendly place. E.g. a visit today 3/27 had all tables outside in the sun reserved, after asking when is the reservation and if we could sit with family in the sun instead of in the shade the waiter was repulsive and gave both of us answers that made us not really welcome.
