It's sad that the quality of service totally ruining the work of the chef. On arrival the waiter was setting up the table for us, it was not prepared despite we got reservation. Our table was not covered with proper white tablecloth and the napkins were also just plain paper one, not like the other tables. Maybe different standards for foreigners?? The waiter guided us to our table and then... we didn't see him around our table for the next 18 minutes. Not even the menu. My daughter was quite hungry, this disappearance definitely not helped. We ordered drinks, received the water glasses by the waiter built into each other and one of them fall to the table. The food was quite OK, nicely garnished. I would expect at this level from the waiter that asking whether for the 6 years old kid wants her food together with the starters or not. With main dishes he realised that my drink is out and asked whether I want another. Asked for a cola, but it was completely forgotten so I had to enjoy my meal without drinking. On payment - for which I had to go there to ask because the waiter was too busy to take care of the 3 tables of guests - the waiter asked and apologise for the cola what he realised that he forgot. Then he asked for the payment without presenting the detailed bill. When I asked of course the cola was on it. It's really bad that such service completely ruining the effort in...

We had Dinner at this restaurant last night and I have to say that the food was absolutely fantastic! The quality of the dishes was excellent and the portions were generous. But what really impressed me was the service. Our waiter Dmytro was very attentive and made a real effort to ensure that we had everything we needed. He was friendly, courteous, and kept checking in to make sure everything was okay. I think Dmytro deserves a big shoutout, he really did an outstanding job. I'll definitely be back and can highly recommend this...

The Castle itself and the whole area is very nice, but the restaurant takes the edge! Amazing food especially the 3 course dinner was great. We spent a night in the hotel as well and had a great breakfast to it. I also have the praise the staff, very helpful very professional and setting really nice atmosphere. We’ve been served by Kateřina and she was very helpful with everything and very friendly 😊. I’m wishing all the best to this cozy place, keep up the great work...
