Bone's Tilst — Restaurant in Aarhus Municipality

Good experience overall, but not due to bone's. We didn't get what we ordered due to error and no compensation was offered other that the dish that was ordered was lower in price. The menu was the worst I have ever encountered. It was structured but generally very bad organized and overcrowded. It was difficult to get an easy overview for us who were there for the first time. Eventually the food came and the meat was very good, but I only got that meat. I wondered where the rest of my main course was. Seriously, I had ordered a main dish, a side dish and some tasters and source. I got two butter with different flavor, bearnaise and the meat on my plate. The meal did not satisfied me at all and I had to other some side dishes for my children to steal from. The main course section is just a meat description. We weren't given an introduction as to how to order, which is with pen and paper on that rediculous menu.So I was sitting and waiting for someone to come and ask for my order. Both sides of the menu sheet was identical, except for one being for evening and the other for afternoon. Confusing at best. Won't be coming back. Disappointed, really.

Ps: The bearnaise sauce was definitely not made, but assumed pre-made. It had too much estragong vinegar taste to it.

Ps: the burger was dry.

Restaurant that mimics the real American barbecue traditions. Had pork rib and chicken wings. Both were good -- chicken was better as the flavoring was a bit soft on the pork rib where the stronger aromatic treatment at the initial "boiling" stage and the barbeque sauce may improve that. Nachos was the best, better than those in the USA.

Great place to have lunch with the family. The food is tasty and there are plenty of options on the menu. The restaurant makes a great stop on a road trip, since it has a parking lot and isn't far from the freeway.
