Food in our zone took an hour to arrive (per course) and we got food before people that arrived before us. The poor wait staff were seriously undermanaged and had no idea of which table had received which course. Our braised beef had the consistency of boiled rubber. Kokken i kĂžkkenet siger noget pĂ„ engelsk i stil med: âWe donât know where he is.â Kokken kommer sĂ„ ud til os efter 5 minutter for at spĂžrge, hvad vi ville, da tjeneren âhas broken his fingersâ. Ăh⊠okay? Jamen, kan vi fĂ„ noget mere brĂžd? âOh yes, just a sec.â Tjeneren vender sĂ„ tilbage efter 10 minutter â uden brĂŠkkede fingre⊠Ăh⊠wut?
Som kronen pĂ„ vĂŠrket fulgte der ogsĂ„ aioli med til det famĂžse skaldyrsfad. Problemet var bare, at vi aldrig fik det. Der var blevet leveret noget smĂžr med til brĂždet, som havde de stĂžrste stykker hvidlĂžg i sig â altsĂ„ hvidlĂžgssmĂžr og ikke aioli. Jeg siger til tjeneren, at vi aldrig har fĂ„et vores aioli. Til det svarer han: âJo, det fik I til brĂždet.â Jeg kigger igen tomt pĂ„ ham og svarer: âNej, det var hvidlĂžgssmĂžr.â Til hvilket han svarer: âArj, det var altsĂ„ aioli.â Konklusion: Tjeneren kendte ikke engang forskel pĂ„ aioli og hvidlĂžgssmĂžrâŠ
