I’ve flied quite often from this airport, this is not the first time I bought here, but definitely last time. Both the person ahead and me bought some sandwiches to heat. When the girl gave to that person, she was smiling and said have a nice flight . But when she gave to me, only one word “toasted” with a poker face I consider this behavior as a racist behavior as I’m an Asian and the man ahead is an American. Btw, the other girl who made the order has literally thrown my sandwich into the oven. I can feel her altitude.

They sell sandwiches for 10 euros, and they are frozen. I bought a ham and cheese sandwich, and inside there were literally frozen lettuce and tomatoes. I politely asked them to heat it up for me, but they didn’t do it and kept speaking to me in Danish, even though I was speaking English. Since I don’t understand Danish and we’re in an airport, there should be competent staff, not inexperienced girls who only care about joking around with each other without taking care of the customer. Staff were short, abrupt and unhelpful. My 6 year old asked for a glass of water and was asked if she was going to pay for it. When she said no they sent her away. I asked them about it and they then basically said “if you don’t want to pay then go use the water fountain”. They could have simply and politely directed my daughter to the water fountain instead of sending her packing.
