Bone's Amager — Restaurant in Copenhagen Municipality

I had the spare ribs, with garlic bread. The ribs come with an option, I chose a baked potato with butter. I also chose their option to use the salad and soft serve ice cream buffet.

Both buffets were well stocked and the ingredients felt fresh. The garlic bread was crispy, complimenting the rest of the meal. The baked potato was good, very soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

The spare ribs were absolute stars. The meat fell right off the bone, and the skin had a sort of caramelized taste to it. Best ribs I've ever had, and that was without a dip. To top it all off, service was very friendly and the restaurant is well decorated and lit.

There are a lot of great restaurants in Copenhagen. Bone's is one of the few where I would say it's worth checking out no matter whether you're a tourist or have lived in the city for years. It was a top notch experience which I would...

I'm a simple man. I go to a steak restaurant and order a steak. I get a steak and I'm happy. The free refills on sauce and potatoes is a fun plus, as is the salat bar, even though I don't go to a steak restaurant for salads. Three times I've been here, always after a long day. The first time this place was like heaven. Quick service and majestic meat. The second time was after a plane ride and the steak was cooked to perfection. Tonight however the sirloin was not medium rare as I requested, but medium done and on top of that chewy and dry. The service was slow, understandable since there was a waiting list tonight. The restaurant is alright with friendly and smiling staff. they are clearly very busy which can mean either a good or a bad thing. on the otherhand the takeaway is very chaotic, you can order online and tell them what time you prefer picking up the food. but regardless of that you have to stand in queue until its your turn, wether you have ordered in advance or not. I had preordered and arived 5 mins in advance but had to stand in a 20 min queue before someone had time to talk to me. I noticed my food was ready at the ordered time and i could stand there for 15 mins seeing it getting colder :( i asked if i had done something wrong but was told this was how their system was... i dont like...
